Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why am I not getting any notifications?

    Nomoi is running in the background, if when you hover over the Chrome/Firefox icon, you can see yourself moving. If this is not the case, make sure you are on the Nomoi tab (if you have multiple tabs in a window).

    Check if Chrome/ Firefox notifications are enabled in the notification center on your pc.

    Check your browser notification settings to see if Nomoi is allowed to send notifications.

    Check the url; make sure it is https:// NOT http://

  • Check your browser camera settings to see if Nomoi is allowed.

    On Chrome, open settings -> site settings -> camera -> click the bin icon next to Nomoi.

    On Firefox, open options -> privacy & security -> camera -> change blocked to allow.

  • You are not being recorded in any way, shape or form.
